Natural Heating & Cooling Pad Instructions:
Please use your heating/cooling pad with caution.
TO HEAT: Place your heating pad in the microwave on a clean turntable, optionally wrapped in a towel or on a plate. Heat for 30 seconds, flip, and heat for another 30 seconds. For more warmth, repeat in 20-second intervals up to 2 minutes total.
TO COOL: Place in the refrigerator or freezer until the desired temperature is reached.
Store in the reusable drawstring bag in between each use. May be spot cleaned, but not fully immersed in water. Air dry.
